Program Details
Class Schedule
Beginner – Preliminary Group (Mondays at Downers Grove)
6:10–7:10 PM – On-Ice Skating Skills
No off-ice portion
On-Ice Class: Structured drills and games build skating skills in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Beginner – Preliminary Group (Wednesdays at Seven Bridges)
4:00–4:50 PM – On-Ice Skating Skills
5:00–5:30 PM – Off-Ice Training
On-Ice Class: Structured drills and games build skating skills in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Off-Ice Training (30 minutes): Focus on balance, coordination, and endurance. Skaters should bring gym shoes, shorts, a t-shirt, and a jump rope.
Advanced Edge (Saturdays at Seven Bridges)
7:30–8:30 AM – On-Ice Skating Skills
Must be approved to attend this class
Program Fees
Monday Classes (Downers Grove) Wednesday & Saturday Classes (Seven Bridges):
$40 per class if paid for the full month by the 1st
$45 per class if paid after the 1st
Walk-on: $45 per class (cash, check, or online at CIS website)
All fees include ice time, coaching, group lessons, and off-ice training (where applicable).
